Your delivery from AchievePrime

Our shipping time

AchievePrime delivers within Germany and the EU.
We process and ship your orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 CET (except public holidays). Please keep in mind that orders received after 13:00 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed directly on the following Monday.
Normally, your order is ready for dispatch within one to two working days after we receive it
  

Our shipping costs

From an order value of 200 €, we will deliver your order within Germany to you free of shipping costs (standard delivery only).
For orders in EU countries we offer free shipping for orders over 300 €.
Our shipping costs (incl. packaging and shipping) are as follows:
Germany:              5,00 EUR
EU:                          10,00 EUR
International:       per request
 

International Orders 

We are happy to ship your order internationally (outside the EU). We are currently not able to give a general estimate of shipping costs and delivery times for orders outside the EU, as these vary greatly depending on the country and shipping provider.
If you would like to order from abroad, please send us an e-mail to sales@achieveprime.com with your delivery address, and we will calculate your shipping costs individually.
We cannot guarantee in advance that we will be able to deliver your order to your destination country outside the EU.

Please also note that import duties and taxes apply for deliveries to non-EU member states (third countries). These additional import duties or taxes must be borne by you.

We are unable to provide information on the amount of customs duties, as these are country-specific. Please contact your local customs office for more information about taxes and duties that apply to orders outside the EU. 

 

Where is your order? Our parcel tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will also receive a tracking number the same day or the next day. You can usually check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. This way you will always know where your AchievePrime package is.

Unfortunately, we have all experienced that there can be delays in the shipping of goods on the part of the shipping service providers. Please remember that we have no influence on this factor either. However, you can be sure that we choose our shipping providers very carefully - and that a fast, smooth shipment is as important to us as it is to you.

 

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your AchievePrime order. Although we check all our goods before dispatch, it is possible that a complaint may arise.
All items purchased by you can then be returned to AchievePrime free of charge if you have a reason for complaint.
Should this be the case, please contact us in advance at sales@achieveprime.com and we will email you a return label.

Since sustainability is very important to us not only in production but also in ordering and shipping, please understand that in any other cases of returns the shipping costs of the return must be borne by you.
In this way, we want to prevent too much merchandise from being ordered and shipped carelessly. In accordance with the principle of mindfulness, we therefore ask you to pay close attention to our SIZE CHART, to pay attention to our product descriptions and sample measurements of our models.

You have 14 days to return your items from the date you received your order. For the holidays, we've extended this window for you.

Returns must be in new, unworn, unused, unwashed, resalable condition with clothing labels attached.

Please fill out the return form enclosed in the package and enclose it with the return.

We will not accept returns if they have any of the following:
- Traces of make-up or deodorant
- Any strong odours
- Swinging labels or missing packaging

Please understand that we will only accept returns if all of the above conditions are met.

Please send your return with insured shipping and package tracking. This is the only way we can work together to ensure that your return reaches us.
