Delivery & Shipping

Our Shipping Times

We ship within Germany and the EU.

We process and dispatch your orders during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 CET (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will also be processed on the following Monday.

Your order is usually ready for dispatch within one to two business days after receipt.

Our Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges (including packaging and handling) are as follows:

  • Within Germany (standard delivery only): 5.95 EUR
  • EU: 10.00 EUR
  • International: On request

International Orders

We are happy to ship your order internationally (outside the EU). At the moment, we are unable to provide flat-rate shipping costs and delivery times for non-EU countries, as these vary significantly depending on the destination country and shipping provider.

If you wish to place an international order, please send us an email at sales@achieveprime.com with your shipping address, and we will calculate your individual shipping costs.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee in advance that we can ship AchievePrime items to your specific destination outside the EU.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional customs charges or taxes must be borne by the customer.

We cannot provide information about the amount of customs charges, as these vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details about taxes and duties applicable to orders placed from outside the EU.

Where Is Your Order? Tracking Information

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout. On the same day or the next day, you will also receive a tracking number.

You can usually check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the tracking email, using the link provided. This allows you to stay updated on the location of your AchievePrime package at any time.

Unfortunately, delays on the part of shipping carriers can occur. Please remember that this is outside of our control. Rest assured that we select our shipping partners with the same care as our raw materials — a fast and smooth delivery process is as important to us as it is to you.

Returns

We hope you love your AchievePrime order just as much as we do. Even though all our items are carefully checked before shipping, it may still happen that you have a valid reason for a complaint.

You may return any purchased item to AchievePrime free of charge if you have a legitimate reason for a complaint.
If this is the case, please contact us beforehand at sales@achieveprime.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label via email.

Because sustainability is important to us not only in production but also in ordering and shipping, please understand that in the case of voluntary returns (i.e., without a defect), the return shipping costs must be covered by you.

To avoid unnecessary shipments, we kindly ask you to pay close attention to our size chart, product descriptions, and the measurement examples of our models before placing your order.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you received your order. For holiday seasons, we may extend this period. If your purchase is older than 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Returns must be in new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns that show any of the following:

  • Make-up or deodorant stains
  • Any strong or unpleasant odors
  • Removed tags or missing original packaging

Please understand that we can only accept returns when all the conditions listed above are met.

Always send your return using insured shipping with tracking. This ensures that your return arrives safely with us.
